Here are the details on of the “Making Agents Wealthy” Pay at Close Partnership Program. 


Its focus is simple: help get you 100k in booked real estate transactions in your 1st 100 days, , and get you closings every month, like clockwork, so that you can help more people and grow your impact in your community, while working only 30 hours a week.

We help you get leads every day, contracts every week, closings every month, and a business that becomes more consistent, more profitable, and more aligned with the life you actually want to live.

For newer agents, the goal is to help you build your first $100K+ year with a clear plan and real support.

For seasoned agents already producing, the goal is to add $100-250K or more to your bottom line, strengthen your systems, and create a business that is easier to sustain and eventually transition out of successfully.

In the next few weeks we are accepting a small group of licensed agents to join us - agents who are fully prepared to dive in fast and add $100k under contract in 100 days.

What We Are Building Together

Inside the 12-month Making Agents Wealthy Program, we will help you build what we call your Real Estate Success Machine.

That means you will not just be learning more information.

You will be implementing.

You will have strategy, coaching, systems, templates, accountability, office hours, private support, operational guidance, and a community of committed agents building alongside you.

The program is designed to solve the 3 biggest problems stopping agents from reaching and maintaining their income goals: a poor business foundation; a plan that is converting in this current market; and systems that create sustainable success, but without the risk of investing a large sum of money up front.

1. Launch (or Relaunch) Your Business with Clarity

We begin with your $100K in 100 Days Jump Start.

You will have your 1st 100 days of live one-on-one strategy calls with Karen to fast start you in  your first 100-days, creating a blueprint for the year. This is where she will identify what needs to happen first in your business so you can create momentum quickly.

We will look at where you are, where income can come from fastest, what strategies fit your market and personality, and what needs to happen in the first 100 days to get clients moving toward contracts.

You will have a clear plan for what to do, what to say, what to send, and where to focus.

2. Become Seen + Heard Fast Launch 

Through the Be Seen + Be Heard Launch Formula, we help you create visibility and momentum in your market.

This is not about becoming someone you are not. It is about helping people understand who you are, what you do, who you serve, and why you are the right agent to help them.

We help you sharpen your messaging, strengthen your marketing and brand, and make the right invitations so aligned clients begin to raise their hands.

Investment Options

There are three ways to invest in the 12-month Making Agents Wealthy Program.

Option 1: The ‘Pay-at-Close’ Partnership Program

This is the offer NO OTHER NATIONAL COACHING organization will offer - we can because we know it works and we are willing to invest in YOUR BUSINESS… it’s the best bet we can make.

This is our performance-based partnership option, meaning if you don’t close transactions, we don’t get paid.

Here’s how it works:

  • There is a participation fee* to begin, this covers hard costs to start.

  • You get immediate access (onboarding call scheduled, access to portal, private coaching channel access with all of us, training modules, coaching sessions scheduled etc)

  • And a 25% referral fee from each transaction until your program balance caps.

This option allows you to get started without paying any large coaching investment upfront.

We offer this because we are 100% confident in our process, our team, and the results that can happen when the right agent does the work.

There is no other national coaching organization we know of offering this kind of revenue share partnership.

We are willing to take the risk because we know what we do works, however this option is a little more expensive than pay as you go or Pay in Full options. The investment for the entire year caps at $23,000 through your 25% referral fees,  but again if you don’t close anything you don’t pay anything. If accepted, we ask that you put down a small participation fee of $997 to get all private coaching with Karen, all modules, all access to weekly calls, VIP retreats, etc. (see list above)

Option 2: Monthly Investment

$1,500 per month for 12 months.

This is a simple monthly payment option for agents who want to invest steadily into their business growth.

Option 3: Pay In Full

$14,000 paid in full for the entire year
